Have you changed your mind? Want to return an item for a refund? No problem! MobileWarming.com offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee intended to give you peace of mind when purchasing Mobile Warming heated apparel online at MobileWarming.com.

 

If you aren't delighted with your purchase, you can return your new and unused product purchased from MobileWarming.com, in its original packaging and with all applicable tags attached, within 30 days of the date you received your order, and we will happily refund the purchase price.

 

To return merchandise for Refund under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee (It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3!):

  1. First, please ensure that your product is in new and unused condition, in the original packaging, with the tags attached, and was received within the last 30 Days.
  2. Then simply have your order number ready and contact our friendly customer service team at info@mobilewarming.com. Please state that you would like to return your item for a refund under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee and provide your order number.
  3. Our customer service team will then follow up with you within two business days with an email containing a Return Authorization Number, return instructions, and the return shipping address. Once we receive your item(s), please allow us two full business days to process your return and refund your account. We will notify you when your return has been processed and your money has been refunded (please allow for up to 14 business days for the transaction to post to your account in some cases).

 

Please Note:  Return shipping labels will only be issued in the unlikely event that the item arrives with a manufacturers defect, or if the item was shipped in error. In all other return cases the purchaser is responsible for the costs involved with shipping the product(s) back. Please be sure to retain proof of postage paid and the tracking number when returning items.

 

Restocking Fees?

  • All items returned for refund must be new and unused condition, in the original packaging and have all of the applicable tags attached in order to receive the full purchase price. Any returned merchandise that does not meet these requirements may be assessed a 20% restocking fee to be applied to the refund amount, or the return may be refused and shipped back to the purchaser at the purchaser’s expense.

Closeout products are excluded from this 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. They will be clearly marked as “Closeout” on the website and will also have an exclusion in the Product Description.

 



Warranty Exchanges

A return authorization number can be obtained by contacting MobileWarming.com customer service via email at info@mobilewarming.com

For customers contacting our customer service department directly, please have the following information available:

 

  • Order Number
  • Date that you received your order
  • Returned items must be unworn and unwashed in new condition unless a defective claim is being made.
  • Model Name and Style Number of the item(s)
  • Color of the item(s)

You will then receive a Return Authorization number.
